German beverage company relies on LMF quality for a quick increase in production.

The bottler bought a used LMF PET compressor to add 2400 m³/h FAD to their capacity.

LMF first performed the inspection and condition assessment. Subsequently, the main components of the crank gear were measured, all wear parts replaced by newly developed ones, reassembled and tested on the test bench.

After a successful full-load test run of several hours in the presence of the customer, the compressor was painted and then prepared for successful commissioning at its new location.

LMF took over the entire project management from disassembly, transport, overhaul, testing and commissioning. This approach gave our customer the benefit of saving their own time, allowing them to focus on other issues and having only one contact person for the entire process.
