Leobersdorfer Maschinenfabrik GmbH strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the Austrian Federal Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies (Web-Zugänglichkeits-Gesetz – WZG), Federal Law Gazette I No. 59/2019 as amended.

This accessibility statement applies to the website https://lmf.at.

Status of compliance with the requirements

This website is compliant with conformance level AA of the „Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1“ as amended.

Compliance was determined by means of an automated self-assessment using the WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool (as of: 07/2026).

Non-accessible content

The content and functions listed below are not accessible for the following reasons:

a) Non-compliance with the accessibility requirements

  • Some texts have insufficient colour contrast (WCAG 1.4.3)

  • PDFs and other documents are in some cases not fully prepared for accessibility

b) Disproportionate burden

  • Embedded third-party content (e.g. Google Maps, social media feeds) cannot currently be offered in an accessible form, as we have no influence over its structure.

  • Retrospectively making all historical content and media (in particular PDFs and videos) fully accessible currently constitutes a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the Directive.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared in 07/2026.

The website was assessed using automated testing (WAVE) and manual review of individual page content.

Enforcement procedure

If you have reported barriers to us and have not received a satisfactory response, you can contact the complaints body of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (Österreichische Forschungsförderungsgesellschaft mbH, FFG). The FFG accepts complaints electronically via its contact point.

These complaints are examined by the FFG to determine whether they relate to breaches of the requirements of the Web Accessibility Act, in particular shortcomings in compliance with the accessibility requirements by the federal government or a body attributable to it.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG must issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the body concerned and propose measures to remedy the existing deficiencies.
